• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene while handling food _base wage $4/hour +tips ```Experience```
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
