Taco Stache is hiring enthusiastic and dependable Servers for our new location opening on Chatham Parkway near Pooler and Savannah, Georgia. We are currently targeting an October Opening, although the opening date may change as final preparations are completed. Selected employees will become part of the original team responsible for opening the new restaurant. Interviews and initial training will take place at our existing Taco Stache location in Pooler. Employees will transition to the Chatham Parkway location once the new restaurant opens. We are looking for friendly, energetic team members who are passionate about hospitality and committed to providing an excellent guest dining experience. Servers must be able to learn and confidently explain our food and beverage menus, make thoughtful recommendations, accurately handle guest orders, and remain attentive throughout each guest's visit. Compensation includes hourly pay, tips, and opportunities to earn performance-based competition bonuses. Full open availability is required for this position, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders correctly into the point-of-sale system Serve food and beverages promptly Learn and confidently explain the Taco Stache menu Answer questions about ingredients and menu preparation Assess guests' needs and provide recommendations Check guests' identification when serving alcoholic beverages Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests Process guest payments accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties Restock service stations and supplies as needed Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and fellow servers Complete required training at our Pooler location before transitioning to the new restaurant Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service regulations Comply with company standards, procedures, and policies outlined in the employee handbook Assist with opening preparations and help establish a positive team culture at the new location Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities Dependable transportation to the Pooler training location and the new Chatham Parkway location Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely carry food, beverages, trays, and restaurant supplies Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance Willingness to complete all required training Full open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join the opening team and help bring Taco Stache to the Chatham Parkway community.
