Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or bussing enhances your ability to excel in this position Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations are required Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
