Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to optimize seating flow Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to educate guests and enhance their experience

Qualifications Must be 18 years or older with prior food service or restaurant experience preferred but not needed. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or beverage expertise including cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits experience, or food preparation is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
