Job Description
Overview Cold Stone Creamery is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Crew Members to join our team! We're currently hiring team members with weekday morning, opening, and closing availability. As a Crew Member, you'll create memorable experiences by serving premium ice cream, making custom creations on our signature frozen granite stone, preparing ice cream cakes, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service. Scoop and prepare ice cream creations according to Cold Stone standards. Mix ice cream and toppings on the frozen granite stone. Recommend mix-ins, waffle cones, cakes, shakes, and other menu items. Operate the POS system and process cash, credit card, and digital payments. Prepare waffle cones, waffle bowls, shakes, smoothies, and other menu items. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, dining area, and workstations. Restock ice cream, toppings, cups, cones, and supplies throughout the shift. Complete opening and closing duties. Work as a team to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers. Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, café, or retail experience is preferred but not required . Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and perform cleaning duties. Comfortable working in a cold environment while scooping ice cream.
