•Civil Process Service ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in McDuffie County
•GA and surrounding areas.
Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of McDuffie County, GA.

Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with weekly compensation based on completed jobs . We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.
Ideal candidates include:
Experienced Process Servers Licensed Private Investigators Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals Paralegals Key Responsibilities Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.) Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email) Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses Submit detailed attempt notes Record service or non-service outcomes Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver s license Active auto insurance Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
