Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and explain menu items or daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve meals and drinks promptly. Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally. Prepare and present bills and process payments. Clear and reset tables for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Follow food safety and health regulations. Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic math skills for handling payments. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not always required.

Pay:

$4.00 - $6.00 per hour
