Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits, and beverage service is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
