Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests
- Handle guest payments and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to bus tables when needed
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system
- Previous experience in bussing tables
