The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our establishment is known for. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during preparation and service. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Build rapport with members to enhance their dining experience through excellent guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or private club setting. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is highly desirable. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
