Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques. Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure that all items are presented according to our standards. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as needed, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and providing personalized service. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant is required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Proven time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks during peak hours. A positive attitude with a willingness to help colleagues in various roles within the kitchen when necessary.
