We are looking to fulfill all positions. line cooks, pantry, dishwasher, bartender, servers, expo and hostess. We are a restaurant lounge in the heart of Kailua, Oahu that is re-opening mid-June. Guests will enjoy perfectly paired cocktails, mocktails and wines with pupu's, entrees, and dessert. Our venue promises a lively atmosphere with live music on the weekends, a private venue option, and Sunday brunch.

FOH Team Members:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly aloha demeanor. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a memorable dining experience. Accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas.

BOH Team Members:

Prepare high-quality dishes to standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Ensure all food items are stored and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes.

Qualifications:

Required:

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail. Flexibility to work Sunday morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, dependable, and accountable.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Experienced mixologist and bartenders
