Looking for a server who is a experience in fine dining, enjoys customer service and that is able to articulate local sourcing for food and cocktails efficiently.

Restaurant Server Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer any questions they have about the menu Explain daily specials and take food and drink orders Put orders in using Toast Software and deliver food and drinks to customers Process checks and payments Help clean the table for the next customer Complete side work as needed Works well in a fast paced environment Prepare restaurant tables with special attn to sanitation and order Excellent customer service, and a friendly demeanor Exceptional organization and time management Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverage Take and serve orders Great active listening skills Learn and be knowledgeable about menu Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Deal with concerns from guests with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment Willing to work flexible work schedules that include nights and weekends Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted Restaurant Server Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate 4 years Experience as a server preferably in fine dining Customer service, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Experience training servers
