As a key leader behind the bar, you will craft exceptional cocktails, oversee daily operations, and inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. Your passion for mixology, customer service excellence, and leadership will drive the success of our vibrant establishment. Duties Lead and mentor the FOH, ensuring high standards of craft, service, and professionalism are consistently met Prepare and serve innovative cocktails and beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Manage daily bar operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Oversee serving at busy nightclub or banquet events, ensuring smooth flow and timely delivery of drinks in high-volume settings Implement effective time management strategies to balance multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Uphold food safety practices related to food handling, beverage preparation, and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining or food industry settings; nightclub or banquet experience is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with retail math and cash handling is essential Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences Very Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Lead Craft Bartender where your passion for mixology meets your leadership talents!
