Key Responsibilities:

Accurately run and deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables with efficiency and care Act as an expeditor by coordinating ticket timing and ensuring order accuracy before dishes leave the kitchen Maintain clear communication between chefs and service staff regarding modifications, pacing, and special requests Ensure all plates meet Spago presentation and quality standards prior to delivery Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas Support servers and kitchen team members to ensure smooth, coordinated service Anticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
