As a Food Runner , you're not just expediting food orders - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Expedite all food orders that come out of the window in a timely manner. Make sure that all orders are fulfilled and all modifications to the food orders have been done correctly by the Culinary/Kitchen staff. Prep side work and keep condiment products in the back storeroom organized and stocked. Provide the Manager on Duty a daily order for perishable products.
Cleanliness:
Sanitize all food areas and surfaces on a daily basis.
Comply with regulatory standards:
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
