In this role, you will deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized service to our guests. Your expertise in food presentation, beverage service, and guest relations will ensure every visit exceeds expectations. We're seeking energetic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, elegant setting and are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for all diners. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Serve food and drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure proper sanitation and food safety protocols are followed at all times Skills Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Familiarity with food industry terminology, food preparation basics, and serving techniques Competence in upselling menu items and sales techniques to enhance guest experiences Join us if you're eager to deliver top-tier service in a vibrant, elegant setting where your skills make every guest's visit extraordinary!
