This pivotal role combines leadership, exceptional customer service, and operational management to create memorable dining experiences. As a key figure in our hospitality team, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. Your passion for food, team management skills, and dedication to excellence will drive the success of our establishment. Duties Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage daily shift operations, including supervising staff, coordinating service flow, and ensuring efficient table turnover in a fast-paced environment. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Control inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Train new staff members on service protocols, food safety standards, POS operation, and restaurant policies to promote a skilled and motivated team. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their experience. Assist in budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs, sales performance, and operational expenses to support profitability. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Support catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Extensive supervisory experience within the hospitality or food industry, demonstrating leadership in team training & development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety protocols is essential. Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering background is a plus. Strong knowledge of food industry standards including culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and hospitality management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive team environment.
