Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage table settings, bussing, and resetting tables promptly to ensure smooth flow of service Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong background in food service, including fine dining or nightclub environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with restaurant operations such as bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and food handling Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep when needed Demonstrated ability to build guest relations through attentive service and hospitality expertise Join us to deliver outstanding service that makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
