Looking for hospitality driven individuals with knowledge of classic cocktails, finer steps of service, wine, beer, and sprits. These individuals must love food and have a passion for serving people. Responsibilities Prepare or serve alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Must be able to carry a tray Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Follow in-depth instruction and service steps. Be able to read and follow recipes Eloquently describe menu selections and offer assistance and speak in a professional tone Conform to all legal guidelines regarding the responsible service of alcoholic beverages Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Complete cleaning and side-work projects daily Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or server Excellent knowledge of in mixology, food, wine, beer, & sprits Computer literacy Read, speak, and communicate in English Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep work area organized, stocked and clean ServeSafe, TIPS, and other service oriented certificates are a plus
