Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm. Accurately take customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately.
