Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing needs promptly and ensuring satisfaction from start to finish Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Experience working in fine dining or nightclub atmospheres is a plus Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
