Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods. Assist with cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required.
