Job Summary Neckar Coffee is seeking a friendly, attentive, and dependable Server to join its downtown Boise team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, quality food and beverages, and creating a welcoming café experience. The successful candidate will assist guests, take accurate orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service. Explain menu items, specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and available food options. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the team. Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct. Assist guests with questions about ingredients and menu selections. Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale system. Clear tables and maintain clean, comfortable dining areas. Restock napkins, utensils, cups, and other service supplies. Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Qualifications Previous serving, café, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods. Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
