Job Description

Description:
Experts in the art of hospitality, Trillium and the Block22 Companies create memorable experiences. We are a destination for experiences beyond the ordinary, the heart of downtown Boise. As a Server at Trillium, you'll provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care. Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards. Demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly. Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws. Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties. Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire. Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service. Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. AM & PM shifts available.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
