Shooters is currently accepting applications for the 2026 season. If you are a qualified Server seeking a relaxed, waterfront vibe, we are looking for you! We want motivated individuals that want to be part of our fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you are self-motivated, gregarious, possess a strong attention to detail and work well in a team atmosphere, you are a perfect fit for our team. Core Responsibilities Greet and seat guests : Welcome customers, including those arriving from docks or outdoor seating areas. Take orders : Accurately record food and drink orders and answer menu questions. Serve food and beverages : Deliver meals, refill drinks, and ensure timely service. Check on guests : Provide attentive service, handle requests, and resolve issues. Process payments : Handle cash/cards, split checks, and operate POS systems. Maintain cleanliness : Clear tables, reset seating areas, and keep sections tidy. Marina-Specific Duties Outdoor service : Work on patios, decks, or dockside seating, sometimes in changing weather conditions. Serve boaters : May take orders from guests arriving by boat or in a hurry to dock and dine. Fast-paced turnover : Handle quick service during peak boating hours or events. Event support : Assist with marina events like live music, regattas, or holiday gatherings. Menu familiarity : Casual dining, and drinks suited for a waterfront setting.
