This position focuses on delivering food and beverages promptly, checking orders for accuracy, and supporting servers and other front-of-house team members during busy shifts. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately. Review plates and orders for completeness before taking them to the dining area. Communicate with kitchen and service staff regarding order details and guest requests. Help expedite orders and maintain an efficient flow between the kitchen and dining room. Assist servers with additional guest requests when needed. Clear and reset tables during service. Keep service areas, counters, and stations clean and organized. Restock plates, utensils, napkins, and other service supplies. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned side-work duties. Qualifications Previous food-running, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods. Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable lifting and carrying food trays and restaurant supplies. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe food-handler certification or equivalent is preferred.
