Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Aloha POS or similar systems. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality are necessary for success in this role.
