Whether greeting guests with a warm smile, serving with enthusiasm, or preparing food, you'll be an essential part of our service team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat customers efficiently to foster a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and courteously Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety Handle food handling procedures safely, including proper storage, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations Support the kitchen team with meal preparation, and catering tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively restaurant or catering environment Skills Excellent communication skills for serving guests effectively and collaborating within a team Cleaning abilities Skilled in food safety practices, including proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures Proficient in cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Attention to detail
