Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining proper beverage service protocols Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service stations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation and food handling when necessary to support kitchen operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Support opening or closing duties as assigned, including restocking supplies and setting up dining areas Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to handle diverse guest needs Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality of service Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine guest-focused approach Experience with serving in various settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants is a plus Strong communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and team members effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively environment!
