Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Club Caddie, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash handling duties responsibly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed in collaboration with kitchen staff Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all guests Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling duties Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards in the food industry Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, host/hostess duties or cashiering is highly valued Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact positively with guests Join us as a Server and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
