Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, attentive, and exceptional service to all guests to ensure a memorable dining experience. Execute buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services efficiently and professionally. Respond promptly, politely, and courteously to all guest inquiries and special requests. Prepare and configure function rooms completely, including setting tables, placing decorations, and organizing service stations. Perform essential side work and pre-shift duties to ensure readiness for upcoming events. Maintain impeccably clean, organized, and safe service areas throughout all shifts. Uphold a professional, groomed, and personable appearance in compliance with company standards. Immediately inform management of any guest complaints, operational problems, or safety concerns.
