Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, host/hostess roles or food industry roles preferred but not required Culinary experience or kitchen support knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
