Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and tips Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge and cocktail experience to recommend pairings and elevate guest experiences Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly preferred Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential; experience with POS systems in general is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while demonstrating basic math skills Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation is highly valued Prior experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations is preferred; nightclub or bar experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
