Server/Host

We are currently seeking dedicated Servers and hosts to enhance our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries regarding menu items
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
• Process payments using POS systems with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally
• Willingness to assist team members as needed
• Familiarity with phone etiquette in a hospitality environment
