Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the cornerstone of exceptional guest experiences! In this vibrant role, you will be part of a team with outstanding customer service, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The position will improve your knowledge of wine and provide an elevated restaurant experience. Potential to promote to lead server/assistant manager. This position also receives tips in addition to hourly wage. Duties Deliver top-tier guest service, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to promptly. Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience while increasing sales revenue. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently. Learn and speak about wine. Attend wine festivals. Provide wine tastings to guests. Ability to sell wine by glass, bottle and case. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant or wine bar. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities simultaneously.
