Job Overview:

We're a restaurant in Sandpoint, ID offering wood-fired pizzas, Detroit style pizzas, fresh pastas, fun appetizers and salads too.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, including roasting vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Support the kitchen team with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and interact with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
