Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with POS systems, fine dining, and food handling is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while providing memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining a clean environment Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using cashiering systems Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality standards are met Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including culinary ingredients and preparation methods Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required Experience in upselling techniques and guest relations is advantageous Prior host/host or bussing experience is beneficial but not mandatory Join our team to provide outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
