Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service and food handling in accordance with sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and dining spaces; bus tables promptly and assist with guest needs to promote a welcoming environment Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food safety regulations to educate guests and elevate their experience Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive atmosphere at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle diverse guest needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing bills efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
