Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Hall Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during special events, conferences, and celebrations. Your energetic and attentive service will ensure that guests enjoy seamless dining experiences, creating memorable moments that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry knowledge, culinary experience, and passion for guest relations in a lively and fast-paced environment. Duties Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to proper food handling and safety standards Clear tables promptly and bus dishes as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness for subsequent guests Assist with food preparation, catering setups, and replenishing supplies during events to support smooth service flow Address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and positive guest relations throughout the event Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently to uphold health regulations and quality assurance Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or banquet service is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of food handling and serving procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive guest interactions Experience with bussing, food service, and supporting food preparation activities is advantageous Hotel or coffee service background is a plus, reflecting versatility in various hospitality settings
