Duties Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to proper food handling and safety standards Clear tables promptly and bus dishes as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness for subsequent guests Assist with food preparation, catering setups, and replenishing supplies during events to support smooth service flow Address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and positive guest relations throughout the event Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently to uphold health regulations and quality assurance Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or banquet service is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of food handling and serving procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive guest interactions Experience with bussing, food service, and supporting food preparation activities is advantageous Hotel or coffee service background is a plus, reflecting versatility in various hospitality settings
