Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in a timely and professional manner Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, including wine and specialty drinks, maintaining proper presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Handle food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures during service Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payments with accuracy Support catering setups and breakdowns, assisting with food preparation and presentation as needed Skills Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is highly preferred Strong guest services and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage service, and wine knowledge is a plus Experience with banquet or catering service enhances your ability to handle diverse event types Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for accurate order taking and billing Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling, and food preparation practices Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
