Demonstrate knowledge of wine selections and assist guests with wine pairings. Prepare and serve cocktails, showcasing cocktail experience. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing. Knowledge of wine varieties and the ability to recommend pairings. Experience in preparing cocktails and mixed drinks. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
