Duties Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Support food running tasks by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and swiftly Help with food preparation and handling in accordance with food safety standards to ensure quality and hygiene Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining overall cleanliness of service areas Handle manual lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Support the kitchen team with basic prep work or restocking supplies as needed during busy service times Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic culinary procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and providing excellent guest service Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks comfortably throughout shifts Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided for new users Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence will help you succeed in this lively setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality skills while contributing to an energetic team that values customer satisfaction.
