Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining area
• Assist with food preparation as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Lavu POS system is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Cash handling experience is required
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
