Banquet Server

We are currently seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at our upscale hotel. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events and functions held at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, possess excellent guest service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during banquet events. You will work closely with the banquet team to set up, serve, and dismantle event spaces while ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event.
• Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after functions.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines during service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet service or related hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in bartending or bussing is a plus.
