THE ROLE
We are looking for dependable, energetic Bussers / Back Waiters to support our front-of-house teams. This role is an important part of the guest experience and the overall rhythm of service. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to keep the dining room organized, prepared, and running smoothly throughout each shift. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but we are also happy to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and interest in hospitality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently throughout service Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining and service areas Support servers and bartenders to keep service moving smoothly Assist with food running, water service, table maintenance, and other guest needs Prepare the dining room for service and maintain presentation standards throughout the shift Learn seasonal menu items, ingredients, and basic food knowledge Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams Assist with takeout orders and other service needs as needed Follow company standards along with food safety and sanitation requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and awareness of the dining room Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willingness to learn and take direction Professional appearance and approach to guest service Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Availability for evenings, weekends, and dining holidays Ability to stand and move throughout a shift, navigate stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
