Position Overview The Guest Services Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility. This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on facility cleanliness, guest safety, and maintaining operational standards at all times. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to follow company procedures and expectations. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with admissions, waivers, attractions, and general questions Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility at all times Clean tables, attractions, play areas, bathrooms, party rooms, café areas, and common spaces Follow all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety procedures, and cleaning protocols Organize supplies, inventory, and workstations Monitor attractions and help maintain a safe environment for guests Cross-train in multiple departments including admissions, floor operations, attractions, and guest assistance as needed Work closely with management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle responsibilities with urgency, professionalism, and accountability Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow directions and company procedures carefully Strong cleaning and organizational skills are required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, clean, and remain active throughout shifts Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed Must work well in a team environment Weekend availability is required Evening and holiday availability is strongly preferred Drug screening and background check are mandatory for employment consideration Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay productive without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Professional appearance and behavior Takes initiative during slow periods Maintains a strong sense of urgency Experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, childcare, or customer service is a plus Additional Expectations Team members are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times Employees must remain productive during slow periods and take initiative without constant supervision All team members are expected to uphold Dreamland Galaxy's standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and guest experience Why Join Dreamland Galaxy?
