Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to foster a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently while handling cash securely Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine pairings, or special requests with expertise in food industry practices Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated culinary experience along with beverage service expertise including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and math skills Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward diverse guests in a hospitality setting Experience working in nightlife or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
