Overview Join us to serve in our upscale, members-only, VIP lounge. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well with others, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and have a willingness to learn. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Must be 21 or older to apply . Employees needed at 2 locations: Casa De Montecristo (Countryside) Casa De Montecristo (Villa Park) Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take beverage orders accurately
• prepare lounge tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Check on guests throughout their lounge experience to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the Sales staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments using a cash register or POS system Skills
• Experience with POS systems. Training on site.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
• Sales skills to upsell menu items when appropriate
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
