Duties Greet guests warmly and assist servers by bussing tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Support bartenders and servers with beverage service, including pouring drinks, handling drink orders, and restocking supplies Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations by adhering to sanitation protocols Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food industry safety standards are met Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in bussing, serving, host/hostess roles or cashiering is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your energy and dedication make every guest feel valued.
