As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS, and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with food handling as needed. Uphold health and safety standards in food handling practices. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is crucial for success in this role.
